This is Sha'ban Al-Dalou, aged 19, a software engineering student in Gaza. He was burned alive in an Israeli air strike on Al-Aqsa Hospital, which killed three other people. Say his name. He is not a number. #GazaGenocide

The strangest things break me suddenly. This is one of them. The madness of having to do this. The abyss between these heroes and their cowardly colleagues in Western newsrooms who won't even transgress against power with their questions, let alone their bodies.

Al Jazeera reporters in southern Lebanon and the Dahiyeh have their blood types sewn on to the front of their press jackets. Cowards in western newsrooms didn’t do their jobs. They didn’t challenge Israel’s propaganda and failed their colleagues. This isn’t normal

My entire life, Beirut has been synonymous with war-torn. Arabs have been synonymous with terror. It shouldn’t matter but I want you to know that it’s a beautiful, complicated city filled with art and gorgeous food and ordinary people who take daily walks by the sea at sunset.

Hey guys, the time has come to stop demanding a ceasefire. What we should be demanding is the following: 1. A full & complete arms embargo on Israel 2. Sanctions of Israel & its politicians 3. Countries to comply with the UNGA resolutions and ICJ judgements on apartheid

In a normal world, today 630,000 students from Gaza are supposed to start their educational year, but in the genocide era, today they lost the second educational year, and instead they are waiting in the water, food and aid distribution lines. Gaza, September 2024.

reminder, everything you see & hear from Gaza is the tip of the iceberg. No video or photo can convey the smell of death, the sound of 24/7 drones, the feeling of shaking ground, the desperation of hunger & the pain of a cesarean without anesthetic, the sensory terror of genocide

We have paid the price of occupation since childhood. In 2000 I was 7y/o. In 2006 I was 13. In 2009 I was 16. In 2014 I was 21. In 2019I was 26. And now, in 2024I am still living through the war.We have the right to live in peace like others within our own state of Palestine 🇵🇸

"We're going to keep planting until the end of the genocide...a lot of you ask me why I'm planting. I plant to bring life to earth. They're taking away life, but I'm bringing it to earth." Rest in peace.

Mido, the young man in the video, was cold-bloodedly killed by Israel yesterday.

Earlier this month, I interviewed Mohammad "Medo" Halimy, a Palestinian content creator whose vlogs showed the reality of life under bombardment in Gaza. Today, it's been reported that he succumbed to wounds sustained in an Israeli airstrike. He was 19. time.com/7008780/tiktok…
