Still not heard from @youfibre installers and my neighbour faces the same issues… guaranteed of action but little else. Both of us out of pocket. Not the best start to a service is it really…
Incredibly frustrated by the lack of progress with @youfibre installation. Installers didn’t turn up on the 4th of December. Given reassurances that we would be a priority before Xmas (I have to have internet for work) & still nothing. had to pay my current provider to extend 😵💫

Such a life giving session with a couple this morning, their child’s violence 6 months ago had driven a deep divide across the family. Today thanks to persistent use of NVR,violence is infrequent and brief. They’re happy, smiling, relieved and above all parenting as they dream.

Reflected today about coming to the end of our first Pause Cohort. The outcomes achieved make me feel so proud of my team, the women and the multi-agency work. 33% of the women have gone on to/starting further education/training/employment. This figure likely to rise. #beaming 💚
