So true. Even the support ‘managers’ at META assigned to agency so you can email direct with issues say ‘I’ll need to elevate this!” To who? Aren’t they suppose to be the expert! Nek minute … they change your manager (every 3 months) It’s a joke.
I don't think there's a social media manager alive that actually knows how to work anything in Meta Business Suite--it's just Googling "How do I _____," asking other SMMs, and crying...lots and lots of crying. Seriously, Meta Business Suite is just such a convoluted mess.
