This makes so much sense. I find that my son is able to focus and get involved in some of the more detailed aspects of his day (homework, etc) AFTER he has run around and really physically exerted himself. He is more creative in play (building blocks, Jenga, etc) as well.

I don’t know who needs to hear this but this is SUGAR! Your body does not know the difference between date sugar, cane sugar or beet sugar. Sugar is sugar. *Limit your added sugar intake regardless of source.* & no the fiber doesn’t change much. It’s 84g of sugar to 6g fiber.
