What better way to end the week last week than with a bill signing! Here's NMTA VP/Dir. of Government Affairs @jaygjennings with NMTA members at the Bill Signing of HB 1919 to allow marina owners to remove abandoned vessels after non-payment after waiting 45 rather than 90 days.
