I both detest and love this time of year 🤣. It's baltic, but the ponies need sorted and tucked into cosy beds 🛌. Their munching on feed and hay is one of my favourite sounds in the whole world 🍽 🐴 .
Sundays are for....baking (caramel, twirl and plain brownies and washing kits (been waiting for this a while...Cia has finally taken a turn 😂 - I was feeling left out!)
Cia's been researching nutrition and has us drinking 'tadpole water' (chia seeds in water) to apparently boost brain power, strengthen muscles, fight inflammation and support a healthy gut. Doesn't look good but easy to drink!

We had odd socks day today @ABAonline as part of Anti-Bullying week. It's reminded us that being our own unique selves is important and we should celebrate this in and with each other.
What a weekend Cia had in Sweden with @scotlandcoerver! Amazing experience from start to finish. 4 positions - RB, LB, RW and Striker; almost 3 hours of football; a goal; confidence in taking on players; honing practised technical skills/picking up new ones #proudfootiemum.
No #footiemum duties this morning. Usual game Saturday for Cia though, albeit in a different country with @scotlandcoerver 🇸🇪 🏴 #experience #memories #learning #football #thatcoerverfeeling .

This girl's work ethic - 💪👌🤩. Sprint training at athletics club last night; 2nd call up for school footie team confirmed today; giving it all the beans at player testing this eve. We get in just before 10pm & she rolls up her sleeves to feed/settle the horses for the night.
