Dear British Farmers: You know what screwed your industry? Tories, Tax Loopholes, Supermarkets and Brexit. I bet those EU subsidies and environmental grants that most of you voted to reject are looking pretty good right now aren’t they?
As someone who used to represent a large, rural constituency, married into a farming family, with - shock - farming friends, a few thoughts on these shenanigans today.
