What a great school initiative! I will be doing a similar concept with my unit plan! I will assist students to develop a Eco-group 🌏 that will help promote climate action in the school and local community!

As part of our #sustainability plan, we have installed a new clothing and shoes recycling point in school! We hope that this can go some way to reducing our school community’s fabric waste and help us reach our sustainability goals! Great work Eco Group! 👍🌏♻️

This is such a great idea @chelsharrisonn shared. You could also use any funds to invest in specific recycling bins that are only for return and earn plastic wastes. This would get the whole school involved! #educ4750 #UoNTeach

Return and Earn! Schools can collect recyclable bottles at school from the canteen and return them! Schools can use this money to buy resources or to fundraise for school events. What other ways could this be used in schools? ♻️🌏🌞#EDUC4750 #UoNTeach #SDG13
