This is the best data I have seen that demonstrates the prevalence of #insomnia increased during the #Covid_19 pandemic. “The prevalence of insomnia increased from 25.4% to 32.2% (symptoms) and from 16.8% to 19% (syndrome) from 2018 to 2020”. pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/34698868/
