Friday bread, only ate a little of the small loaf. Blood sugar went from 89 fasted to 130 1+hr after eating some bread, cheese, meat, 42g wine, chocolate.

Made bread today. Flour, salt, yeast water. I only eat part of it and give the rest away or just put it on the counter. Blood sugar at morning: 74, then 4 hours after bread, butter, egg, pork: 116 Rise of 42

Trying out some farm fresh eggs from a tiny farm. Seems a bit fuller taste and they have more color. Also the eggs are much less clean! The chickens get let outside every day and seem to live happy lives.

Best pork belly so far. Wife made. Too much bacon makes me sick but this tasted good eating a lot. Big pot with mushrooms, sweet soy sauce, regular soy sauce, salt, pepper, dates, cooking wine and garlic.
