It doesn’t have to be big changes to start getting in shape or to maintain being in shape. If there was two things that keep me in the shape I am it is: 1. Having a dog 2. My dog reminds me to take walks twice a day.
The goal was 90 and I only hit 60. Need to refocus on the diet and technique for next week.

Goal was 70 with new form where I almost lock out the elbows at top. Goal hit. Try this today: WHATEVER your goal is count BACKWARDS and not forwards. Mentally it makes a difference. I saw it out at number 70 then 69, 68, 67, etc.. until I hit zero.
First post. I hit 80 today. Not bad for me. Will see how far I can go. Again, max Mondays isn’t a competition between individuals. It’s a competition with yourself.
