I am talking to many people (new and old acquaintances) and life feels hard right now for many of them. I am feeling some of that too. If you are, have some grace for yourself and keep doing the best you can. It will all work out how it is supposed to.

Find runway. Stay alive. That's the goal.

Business is hard right now. Markets are down. Sales are down. IT IS OK if you are struggling, so is everyone else. Do not give up.

I don’t wear leggings.. but if I did…

When the DM is 2 sentences and one is "I am looking to expand my network" and the second is "I am looking for referrals" then ends with "lets connect"...... what platform am I on?

I am not very strong in economics outside of a basic understanding. I am a great business operator, and understand how different financial levers impact returns on capital, etc. Is this blindspot important to correct? What is an acceptable level of understanding?

Memories of summers at 9yr pushing a lawnmower around my neighborhood crept in yesterday and today. What a country we live in. What was your first entrepreneurial venture and how old were you?

how are the SFH investors with 150/door of cashflow doing with the property tax and insurance increases as their escrow payments increase significantly? Fixed rates arent the only factor in mortgage payments. Why doesn't anyone talk about this?

The theme of this I agree with. Just do what others are doing. Just don't copy the guy who is there every day with a 150K/year job that shows up in one of the nicest cars on the lot.

The most important advice I have for 20 year old men:

This is funny. Just get that debt snowball rolling. All is well, all is well.

Guys let's just all write in Dave Ramsey on the presidential ballot in November Who's in? 💁‍♂️

Once had a top labor law attorney in the state tell me that if they started a business in the state tomorrow they likely wouldn’t be able to be 100% compliant. It is a game of minimizing damages & budgeting for the inevitable.

In the past 6 years trial attorneys have made over 8 billion on PAGA related settlements. The employees have made maybe 1% of that. It doesn’t even help the employees.

Bought from a house flipper low on housing to flip?

I finally got my CT! I know… I know. I couldn’t afford a new one so I got this one used. Pretty sweet, right?

they literally take 0 responsibility. You can have cameras tied to your POS that show the order all being handed to the driver and they will say "The driver crossed the customers' location at __ time" Meanwhile the driver goes by sipping on shakes and eating burgers on a…

I looked at my McDelivery refunds vs instore refunds. There is 7x difference between the two. I do a decent amount of delivery sales. In fact, I’ll do more delivery orders (sales wise) than many of my competitors total sales. I am close to making some pretty drastic decisions to…

I never understood what it meant when people said you need to know a little about a lot of things to be in business. I get it now... Anyone else feel like they could chop it up in about 15 different fields on any given day?
