A good way to make a legal dispute get much worse is to refuse to respond to polite emails. Stonewalling isn't cute. When you're a lawyer who is refusing to respond, it's uncivilized and makes you look like someone who plays games instead of practicing law.
I'm looking forward to being on this panel tomorrow and talking about the ban and how to protect a business' proprietary information fully and effectively without using non-compete agreements.
