Just closed! Buyer received nearly $20K in closing cost credits from the buyer agent commission and a credit offered by a partner lender who we introduced. Our client hardly had to pay any closing costs as a result! @_TurboHome redfin.com/CA/Dublin/3534…

South Bay RE market is a different beast. Lost out on two separate homes yesterday to where there were 30 offers on one, and 50 on the other. One of them went 900k over list, the other, a million over list….

“The beautiful thing about [housing] is that it’s not a Republican or Democratic issue. It’s not a conservative or progressive issue. Red states here like Utah and Montana are leading on this issue; Democratic supermajority states are also leading on this issue.”

I sat down with the Salt Lake Tribune to discuss the rise of the YIMBY movement, and it what it could mean for states like Utah. Enjoy! sltrib.com/news/2024/08/2…

I have seen impact and city fees as high as a 100k+ in places to where homes are expected to sell for $350,000 We have to incentivize people to build Good to see progress being made with SB 937 and making these fees more transparent with AB 2144 kqed.org/news/11983000/…

So many people are worried if they will ever be able to buy a home, especially in the neighborhoods that they want to be in. I know it seems almost unimaginable, but hold on and have faith. We are making progress 🏡

Loving being apart of opportunities such as these at BuildCasa! Two homeowners get a great influx of cash to add to their retirement savings, and then we get the opportunity to build 24 units in an area that badly needs housing. A massive Win-Win for everyone 🏡

As a first mover, @BuildCasa comes across examples of crazy underutilization. These two backyards are 2.15 acres total just a few miles from downtown Sacramento. We'll subdivide and use SB9 to create 24 units in a neighborhood that hasn't seen any new construction since 1993.

Great piece from @ilenapeng at @Bloomberg on how states are working to fuel more missing middle housing development. Even the most YIMBY homeowners need help with the process if we actually want new regulations to generate housing supply. We were proud that @BuildCasa
