It’s not adrenal fatigue that’s making you tired (there is no such thing), it’s likely that your only fruits and vegetables for the day are mimosas and Bloody Marys and you stay up watching Netflix all night.
So-called fitness influencers and experts are posting videos of themselves jumping into freezing water as a sign of discipline or morality and bragging about how they cut out coffee. It's mainly there to make you feel like are not enough. Do what you can to laugh at it.
