i have had the opportunity to survey EM programs across the country and there are many excellent residents who matched in phase 2
Phase 2 does not mean inferior program or candidate. Decrease candidate pool + ⬆️ competition for certain programs = ⬆️ unmatched programs/candidates Just my opinion
