had a therapist finally tell me that taking a week off wasn't going to address my burnout, that it would take MONTHS (or years) of radical rest. did more research & this seems to be the common refrain among MH professionals who deal with both corporate & autistic burnout.
We talk a lot about burnout on here but I have never once seen or received actual genuine advice on what to do about it.
