Very excited to move forward with this transformative project at @MTA Inter-Borough Express has potential to connect Brooklyn and Queens neighborhoods to each other and across 17 subway lines. A game changer for almost 1M New Yorkers in walking distance and many more beyond!

We are going to take an old, unused, 14-mile long right-of-way and create the Inter-Borough Express: New rail service that will connect Brooklyn and Queens. 🚊

One of the great heroes of the NYC COVID response, and countless other emergencies! @BKrakauer will be sorely missed.

Today marks the last day for @BKrakauer at @nycemergencymgt After 11 years, countless emergencies, and many, many thousands of hours of dedicated service, you will be missed. Best of luck in your new role.
