How about providing accessible, mandatory and free training for all COOs/CFOs/SBM/Office Managers/SBPs etc, and supporting them to be taken seriously by other staff members so they can effectively do their jobs? Then there should be no need for SRMAs.
So what are @ASCL's next steps on this? What are the policy changes they are campaigning for? How is that campaign going so far? Where is the SBL pay argument in the STRB recommendations from ASCL? Which other NJC unions is it working with to change the pay structures?
