"PIP is meant for additional support, not bills" Yes, it's MEANT to be for that, but the way disability benefits work and aren't enough to survive, many people have to use their PIP as supplementary income to cover essentials, rather than for its intended purpose.

After a 14month battle my funding has been agreed, my care will move to an amazing provider specialising in complex care and I will no longer be trapped at home. Today I went to gym, had a bath and a not-microwaved meal. Mind blown. So grateful. It should never have been so hard.
