A taste of Syrian summer. We cannot wait for you to try this this new dish the Tahini Kofta served with Bewas salad of vine ripened tomatoes, parsley, red onion, sumac, pomegranate molasses and some cucumber pickles. Healthy, tasty and full of flavour.
Bread is a staple food we take for granted, but in some parts of Syria, it can be a life saver as they rely on bread as the cheapest and most filling food staple.
A Syrian sharing mezze classic and a guest favourite. Our Mtafayt Bamyeh has been on the menu since the early days; described by Jimi Famurewa as "smartly roasted fingers of okra, blobbed with a coriander paste, and playing against the freshness of a cloud of labneh"
