As a lifelong and person who LOVES learning, the challenge this week from our owner to leverage our drive time to listen to audio books was something I have loved. Finishing Atomic Habits for the week’s book, and next week I’ll work on Hiring For Attitude.

Tomorrow will be a hard day emotionally. It will be my last day as a public educator after ten years. I’m leaving education a better person, and hope that I’ve made an ounce of impact. I’ll share more about what’s next later, but today I’m grieving my departure.
One of the hardest things for any human to do is to be human.
Turned in my final assignment of my coursework of my doctoral program. All my focus and energy is now on getting this dissertation started now! Excited to be done with the last couple of years of courses, and can’t wait to get into the good stuff!
Love getting to hear and work with Olathe’s incredible 2nd grade Ts on behaviors heading into this time of year. Grateful for the knowledge and expertise in these classrooms that are working with our Ss everyday.
