We ordered our son a shirt from Amazon. I told him to try it on. He sent me a 2 min unboxing video to show me it fit. I love this generation. lol
This is the sad reality of HS track programs.
🚨UNFORTUNATE REALITY🚨 HS track will start to lower in numbers if coaches/schools don’t change the way they train the sport. The talented athletes will start to leave for club/private coaching if HS coaches show they don’t know what they are doing. EDUCATE YOURSELVES!

These girls won a regional title without scoring any points in the relays! I’m not bragging, but any track coach can admit that’s pretty darn impressive. I’m just thankful God allowed me to be a part of something special!
This just confirms that I was put at PC for a reason. This was a special moment coaching Ruth as she clinched the shot put and discus titles at regionals to qualify for her first trip to State as a senior!
