Part 6. Except for psammomas, a typical case of EPITHELIAL-MYOEPITHELIAL Ca, and indeed the architecture is as expected. It bothers me because I think the tumor was trying to tell us who it was. Especially painful in such rare tumors, I just hope there will be a next time. Thanks
