I have seen innumerable instances where renowned professors and few wise politicians have out spoken about ill effects of coaching, which has taken shape into industry(a shame for any country). But not a single law makers have guts to amend and make firm laws against coaching.
This incident and failure of #ORN is because of discrepancy to follow the rules by coaching as well as negligence from the government. But the truth is why there is need for coaching at first place and why it is becoming a norm. Radical change needed in our edu system.
