After 15 long months I have now finally received two out of court settlements from two separate Gambling Operators in this past week. These operators acted irresponsibly and illicitly in breaching their licence conditions whilst taking advantage of a known vulnerable customer.

It's Friday night quiz time!! Prizes for the winner to be provided for by @MansionBet Question 1: Which is the only industry in the world anywhere ever whereby you can get treated unfairly and illegally and when you complain you simply get ignored?

Having discovered the fraudulent practices that @MansionBet employ I checked out their reviews on trust pilot and they are alarmingly consistent. This treatment isn't unique, it's extremely frequent. How is this allowed to happen @GamRegGB

Have recently helped someone with an RG complaint against @Coral who allowed this cusomer -that was quite clearly suffering with a gambling disorder-to gamble in excess of £12,000 in less than 2 months. The complaint was extensive and requested answers to serious questions

Anyone else heard of ‘some’ well known operators imposing automatic £500 monthly deposit restrictions on customer accounts until further affordability can be established? If this is true, it’s certainly a step in right direction.

Gambling with Lives families call for an end to deaths linked to toxic industrialised online gambling products. The 2005 Gambling Act is outdated and the promised review is a chance to fix a broken system – it must not be a whitewash. Please RT @dcms @GRHAPPG @pgreform

gamblingnews.com/news/bookies-e… "Both bookmaker companies denied any wrongdoing." Think about that statement in the context of this case. J4P reads it every week. Doesn't matter how bad the case is; deny, deny, & hope the person can't afford legal representation. @GamRegGB you know this!

Excellent work. Well done for persevering. I’ll be watching this closely.
