I plan to introduce legislation that removes the power of the County BOS from choosing people to replace legislators who are Expelled or Resign. We must put the power in the hands of the PCs, who's authority currently ends at presenting (3) candidates for the BOS to choose from.

The only one doing any type of performative signaling here is Senator Shope. Was he critical of the former gov for hanging the suns flag higher than the us flag or higher than winged victory? Nope. But he’s trying his best to win over the hateful folks in his party. It’s sad.
Bear in mind that Palo Verde was designed and constructed in the late ‘70’s / early ‘80’s - long before reclaimed water was conceptualized or used for irrigation or anything else. Revolutionary at the time, and even today.
And of course PV uses reclaimed water, but in Arizona we recharge that water and reuse it. Heck, Phoenix is looking at skipping the recharge altogether and treating it and going right back to the tap. At PV, not one drop goes back into the ground or is reused.
How many Az schools have already done this the past few years ?
