Developmental Common Coordinate Framework (DevCCF) for developing mouse brain atlases is out. nature.com/articles/s4146… It features MRI and light-sheet co-registered templates and 3D anatomical labels based on developmental ontology from embryonic to adult ages

I will never get tired of face people make when they realize how big a rodent MRI actually is. One of my favorite things.

Thanks @IleanaJelescu for including my dinosaurs and sharks in the photo 😁 Also so thrilled for the final debate session!!!

Our latest baby is out. Also this. We continue our multi lab efforts, this time looking at sensory evoked activity functional MRI in rats. Big shout out to Marie (who is looking for a PhD position) for pushing this through!!! biorxiv.org/cgi/content/sh…

Friday’s petition to ask Biorender to make a ‘normal’ looking rodent-MRI machine, without that annoying (and ugly) arm/table/leash protuberance that nobody has ever used-or wanted in a figure-in the history of rodent-fMRI work. IYKYK Grazie.

🔔🔵After nearly 5 years from its conception with @BohacekLab, I'm proud to share that our paper on opto-fMRI of the Locus Coeruleus is finally published in @NatureNeuro! Huge thanks to everyone who contributed—including reviewers and editors! rdcu.be/dT3kB

Step 1, collect fMRI and MRI data. Step 2, name them in @BIDSstandard Step 3, initiate RABIES, and watch the magic happen. Step 4, enjoy the gazillion of outputs. RABIES is truly a game changer. Proud to be one of the first external users :) congratulations @GabrielDesrosi2 !!!

RABIES is officially out in @NatureComms, check it out doi.org/10.1038/s41467…! Many many thanks to @gadevenyi, @grandjeanlab and my supervisor @mallarchkrvrty1 for getting us there. It was well worth the patience and hard work!
