Yet again, another patient that has been told to stop doing sport because he has some bulging, with not even pain, just stiffness. 2 years already without doing any significant activity because fear. It takes way more work to recover these people mentally than to exercise.
For everyone. The fact that is not in a paper doesn't mean it's irrelevant or false. It takes ages to translate research into practice. Albeit research and peer reviewing is fundamental and vital for science, too much skepticism and radicalism is just detrimental.
