I’m so grateful for your planning of lanes in Toronto. Here’s my 84 year old father utilizing active transit every day. Traffic is moving well for the increase in density. Bike lanes are a 6-60 essential mode of healthcare and transport.

Per capita emissions aren't fixed. The same family that generates very modest GHG emissions living in a 1200 sf flat in a mid-rise on a dense neighbourhood street steps from shops, school, work so they don't need a car generates vastly more GHG living in a highway sprawl house.
