The issue w McD is NOT that he doesn’t know what to do in a calm non-pressurized hypothetical situation, it’s that he has brain ‘panic’ lapses in crunch time and that you cannot teach. We have seen it over and over again. But he still is a good coach & I’ll live with the lapses.

The thing about Bills discourse is there is no middle ground, which is where I think I am. They made bad time management decisions in crunch time. Again. Their defense had their once a year total no show. They’re still a very good team and I assume their defense will bounce…
It’s easy & lazy to point to one call or one play (punt block) as THE reason for loss. The common denominator was the defense which allowed the Rams to walk seamlessly down the field every possession which in turn forced Allen to play catch up. The D was manhandled. Embarrassing.
