hey @MBTA Route 93 Downtown Via Navy Yard departing Sulivan at 1:19PM could use an articulating bus or 2 buses in a row. It picks up a lot of students right as they get out of school and the bus is so full that some passengers couldn't board

hey @MBTA Orange Line Car #1436 has a vibrating noise coming from the HVAC system whenever moving, seems likes it's the whole car. Vibration stops when the HVAC turned off temporarily, and when stopped at stations

hey @MBTA It seems real time departures are not working on the Orange Line from Oak Grove to Assembly, Sulivan to Forest Hills is working fine
also @MBTA there's a thin wire that's detached from a strut on the ceiling at Airport station on the Bowdin side. It seems the wire doesn't serve any purpose, but it's hanging 6.5' above the platform. There may be a slight chance it could swing and hit the catenary but I doubt it

Hey @MBTA I appreciate the new sinage on the Braintree Platform at JFK/UMass but it is markedly worse for wayfinding compared to the old sinage. This could be easily remedied by putting stickers in the corners of the white section
. @MassDOT needs to coordinate better with @MBTA I took the sliver line to logan tonight and driver had to use the South Boston bypass. On the way back from logan driver used the sumner tunnel. I'm guessing MassDOT doesn't give MBTA information about ramp closures
. @MBTA Orange Line Car 1408 vibrates, like a light bounce a few times a second, especially noticeable at high speeds, everyone's arms are lightly bouncing in sync. I noticed it most from Sulivan to CC, on my trip from Sulivan to DTX
