1 hour every 6 months is difficult to adjust I propose changing the clock forward 20 seconds DAILY for 6 months and backwards 20 seconds DAILY for 6 months This way, daylight savings is much less disruptive

With control of the White House, the Senate, the House, and most of the State governments, can we finally quit changing the damn clocks twice a year?
