Yes I would use Google Scholar especially when you find the ideal report and you want to look at it's references and where it's been cited especially in niche topic areas. #UKMedLibs

You can still use databases such as HMIC or SPP to do a structured search as a starting point - they do work slightly differently to Medline etc so best to stick to keywords/texwords rather than using subject headings #UKmedlibs
