Having a PhD is not a guarantee that one can show good leadership acumen. To be fair to him, he was inaugurated last year when the students were about to get into their final year. So, the blame should not rest squarely on him. His predecessor should take some portions of it.
Katsina state ranked last in the 2024 SSCE, and this is under a governor with a PhD. If you like, keep praising Dikko Radda for his occasional cold interviews, but the reality is that education is in shambles, and the state has become a playground for bandits/kidnappers
