The @IkejaElectric and @EKEDP team doesn’t communicate well, and customer service could be better. My area’s also experiencing a power outage. I wish they handled updates like @NationalGridNg, which actively informs Nigerians about power downtimes and uptimes.
The funny thing is @EKEDP CS used to be okay: they would call to check if power has been restored and your complaint resolved. But it appears the legendary evil and anyhowness spirits of NEPA their ancestor have eventually returned to possess their offices and operations.
Very true, DM sent to them gets no response, even comments on their post of complaints gets no attention. It is worrisome
