#VPCLEMKIT Step 1/4 easyIRF removes the high pressure freezer and toxic chemicals from the IRF protocol, so it can be performed in an LM facility. Developed by @DLumkwana, with Chris Peddie, @mcdomart, Azumi Yoshimura and Alana Burrell @EM_STP @TheCrick @cziscience
One more thing to know about the #VPCLEMKIT. As well as providing new capability in high precision vCLEM, we made our job extra hard by designing it to be usable in a light microscopy facility without the need for an expert electron microscopist… @EM_STP @TheCrick @cziscience
So, what is the #VPCLEMKIT The kit combines a new protocol for in resin fluorescence, a new light microscope and a user-friendly electron microscope for array tomography. In the coming weeks we will intro the team and the pipeline. Watch this space! @EM_STP @TheCrick @cziscience
