Ok, I looked it up. According to twitter guidelines, to get a protected account: 1. Needs to be verified account 2. Needs to have 100k + followers 3. Needs to be holding political office or be candidate for political office Number 3 would no longer be the case.
I also wonder about one thing: If Trump would be no longer sitting president, would twitter now treat him the same as other users again? If so, the danger of him getting banned is high. He pretty much broke the tos many times already. What do you think?
Being suspended from twitch and not understanding why it happened has been an experience and a half. 2 weeks ago twitch indefinitely suspended my account for fraudulent purchases/payout. Yesterday I received an email to help clarify it was for purchases I made.

Police departments really are useless. They're more interested in catching drug USERS than robbers, burglars, and dangerous stalkers.
