When an adult has mental health issues relating to their employment, it's often defined as "work-related stress". When a child has mental health issues relating to their education, it's often defined "school avoidance/refusal". It's curious that we use such different words. 1/

This is a young man I know personally. He is 14 and has had a new haircut (shown). He has been given a 60 mins detention EVERY evening & isolation every break & lunch until his hair grows. Help - is this normal educational behaviour? I am horrified.
