BREAKING: Prison healthcare Wellpath has declared bankruptcy, defaulting on $644Mn in debt. Among its operational issues, Wellpath has over 1,500 pending lawsuits (vast majority related to quality of care), millions due in settlements, and increasing liability insurance expenses.
