He started playing football in high school and earned a scholarship at William & Mary. Jim Ryan planned to graduate and start working, until a Broncos scout called. Undrafted, the LB signed with Denver, made the team & had a 10 year NFL career. Listen: linktr.ee/susiewargin

He was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes in middle school, but that didn't stop Jay Leeuwenburg from playing football. A @CUBuffsFootball National Champ, an NFL draft pick that started 100+ games and these days a 3rd grade teacher for over 2 decades. Listen: linktr.ee/ctfrpodcast

He's on a team that keeps the public safe. During the 2023 Nuggets Championship Parade, Sgt Justin Dodge got pinned under the tire of the final firetruck. His lower leg was amputated and he returned to @DenverPolice SWAT less than a year later. Listen: linktr.ee/ctfrpodcast
