Fact check - the school's RWM SATs results for 2023-24 was 54%. NEU members at the school are best placed to know what is right for the children in their care. They will not be lectured by Tory Peers and ex-hedge fund managers.

Very good speech @NadiaWhittomeMP

The Tories claimed a minimum wage would cause mass unemployment — it didn’t. They demonised trade unions, but unions are the combined power of millions of working people. I support the Employment Rights Bill and urge us to scrap every anti-union law since Thatcher’s government.

Conservative Party leadership candidates are pound-shop Enoch Powells, competing in a race to the bottom of Islamophobia & anti-migrant rhetoric. It’s disgusting & if the far-right violence this summer taught us anything, it’s that this needs to be called out for what it is.
