I will never understand why people don't consider VR games to be "actual games" literally all the sentiment I seem to be seeing from people with the new batman game is they don't see it as a fully fledged Arkham game despite very much being one.
It was pitched and funded by Meta, so it was always going to be a VR game. It never existed as a flatscreen game, and without Meta there just would be no game, so in that sense it's not a loss to flat gamers. But it's previewing incredibly well, & the Quest 3S is super cheap...

I think the new astrobot game should have been made as a tie in game with the ps5's launch. This is the kind of game I would have bought a PS5 for as it's a game made with such care and love for the history of PlayStation that it would feel out of place on any other device.

It's a video game. People are allowed to enjoy silly ridiculous skins. If you want a pure realistic experience then just go sign up for the military.
I think Xbox should switch up their hardware from being consoles to just being PCs that act like consoles. Something like a modern steam machine that can play games outside of just the Xbox store.
