Was so lucky to have announced virtually @AliBrownleetri race of his career. He made EVERY race better & harder as a game changer. If you're interested in a bit more of the behind the scenes Ali career check out my little memory lane of the icon. facebook.com/photo/?fbid=94…

8 years ago today. My pal Lionel Sanders went 7hrs 44 min to win Ironman Arizona. While the times have gotten faster, that was the world's fastest Ironman finish at the time. Where has 8 years gone.

Show time for my paddling friends who are in Sarasota Florida for the SUP World Paddling Champs. I love the growth the sport has seen and our C3 @JamesDick_JDC Quarry plans on continuing that growth in 2025. facebook.com/watchrhstv/vid…

My top 5 list of most under appreciated triathletes has Scotland's @DavidMcNameetri on top. 2x Kona Bronze. Rarely in the pre-race conversation but many times knocked off the big names when the day was over. Retired yesterday in @t100triathlon Nice guy - bright & articulate.

My money is on Clint Eastwood. He's a tough old dude.

Two very late or very early nights as I watched both the men & women's T100 Final Races from Dubai. Great production, commentary & racing. I enjoyed both races very much. Nice to see my old pal @AliBrownleetri make the podium. That will be his rocket fuel for winter training

There are some truly funny people out there with too much time on their hands. I almost spit out 1/2 my bagel when I saw this picture this morning. Only person after Jimmy Carter is Betty White.

The 2024 C3 @Nuvoiron Egg Nog Jog has had such high interest we are sold out 2 weeks before the Dec 1st event at Albion Hills. Participants should have gotten a newsletter today. Not sure if it's the hat or the egg nog or @JesseyTheElf but its a sold out show in 2024.

Funny when you look back at pictures. In 2020, Ontario had strict COVID quarantine rules. My wife dropped my car at the Niagara Falls Border, where I drove home alone to our basement for 2 weeks of quarantine. Hard to believe we all lived through that odd-every changing era.

My 66 year old pal asked for some help. So I am in bum-deep helping Mark Herbst on his 10 month - 30 000km bike ride around the world to raise money for Cancer Research. Mark's wife Jackie died 2 years ago & this is a way to honour her & raise money for cancer. An epic journey.

Much respect to all those veterans who gave of their time, bodies, souls & in some cases lives to protect freedom for so many. My sister in-law & brother-in-law below spent 70+ years in the Canadian Armed Forces. Much respect to all vets to day on Remembrance Day.

In 20 years when we look back at the 2010- 2020s Canadian @CliffEnglish & his 7 consecutive NCAA National TITles in Women's Triathlon will be the greatest sporting string in NCAA Sport for the era. That string ended yesterday with a 2nd to University of Arizona. Kudos to both.

A dozen years ago, Caron & I visited our brother-in-law in Norway when he oversaw the NATO Military base in the area. We had a chance to hike to the famous Norway- Preikestolen steep cliff that rises 604 m above the Lysefjorden. Amazing how fit & healthy Norwegians are.

My 76 yr old Bob Knuckey and I spending a fun Saturday night in TRAINING camp. If you train hard you need to recover HARDER. Our world class physio in camp to make sure Bob gets to New Zealand 70.6 world champs as healthy as possible after his April crash where he broke 8 ribs

Fun memories from 2017 when my Olympic gold medal pal Simon Whitfield was surrounded by family and the most famous moustache in hockey (Lanny McDonald). A fun night with the country's greatest athletes.

The big NCAA women's schools were dominate again today. But if my early math is correct, the ASU dynasty has been broken by another Arizona school with U of Arizona taking their first national title & breaking the ASU massive streak. My math was U of A, ASU, Queens, TCU, Denver

Nice to be ahead of one's time. During COVID we ran 30 triathlons where you swam in one location (got a time) then moved to the bike-run location & started in order of the swim gaps. Today in Clermont the NCAA Women's Tri Champs doing the same format. sportstats.one/results/142701

The universe is taking care of my 76 year old 4x Ironman Champion Bob Knuckey. After his big crash in April breaking 8 ribs, the season was doubtful. After great rehab with Dr Rob Taylor his training improved. Now our pal Christa Rusk is in Tucson helping us with his final prep
