I don't think the penalty is on the tackle. I think it's on the taunting afterward.

Clemson's new shuffled OL has ... usual RT Blake Miller at LT, and usual RG Walker Parks at RT. Miller played some left tackle in HS, and Parks played RT early in his Tigers career, so there's some familiarity there. Still, quite the shuffle for that group over past two games
