The Medical Gaslighting of Endometriosis. Here’s how it’s impacted the lives of 3 patients (including me). #Endometriosis #ChronicPain #WomensHealth

"Every patient I see has been ignored by somebody," said Fogelson. "Most patients have been ignored by five people." katu.com/news/katu-inve…

🙏 our whole team was really hustling. Thank you!

Really outstanding work by the whole @KATUNews team yesterday on their coverage of the ballot box arsons. This now-national story started as developing local coverage on their morning show. @evanbellKATU @AngelicaKATU

HEADS UP… multiple bridge lifts are under way as the PDX Rose Festival fleet heads outta town. Expect traffic delays while the bridges are up! I’m hearing ship horns sounding as they depart. Be patient, it will be clear soon #LiveOnK2 #pdxtraffic

A few more shots of this morning’s derailment. Crews on scene assessing damage. All access to the Steel Bridge is blocked. Numerous @trimetalerts for delays. Crews here tell me this will be an extended closure, so plan accordingly #LiveOnK2 #pdxtraffic

Fire at Timberline Lodge under control now. Embers from the main fireplace seems to be the cause. No injuries reported. Some guest have been relocated to a nearby resort in Welches. Midnight. #LiveOnK2 @katunews

I SEE YOU MOUNT HOOD! Fresh snow on the mountain this morning- what a view from our Gorge Cam! It's an indication of the day's weather... It's a frosty morning in the valleys. Later, a nice mix of clouds and sun. Weekend weather? Showers on both days. Next week? Dry and warmer!

I've seen better looking ash holes at Walmart

Be prepared for soggy commute- last night's storm system was powerful enough to create strong wind gusts & still producing steady rain. Behind it-- a rapid drop in the snow level that could mean a rain/snow mix down to sea level. ( If not today- then late tonight/early tomorrow.)

We're beginning our drying and warming trend today! High: Upper 50s. I thought I would make something fun- I guess I'm inspired by our brief "false spring" forecast through Saturday! ( Thumbs up or thumbs down? ) Rain returns Sunday along with lower snow levels (500' by Mon).

Good Morning! Just back from Missouri - where it was 25 degrees when we landed- but 60 when we took off 4 days later! Similar variability on the way here- showers, hail today then dry for the next 3 days w/ highs near 60 on the way. 🌦 Break out the shades!😎

WOW… Multnomah Falls has has an adventurous week of flooding, snow, ice, wind and now rain. All that ice quickly melting away, but it sure looked cool dressed as a giant popsicle #LiveOnK2 #Portland #ice #winter #WaterfallWednesday

Now THIS is what we're used to late January. I'm expecting temperatures to top off near 49 today- the warmest high temp PDX has seen since the 9th of January! Rain will turn to scattered showers later today- tomorrow afternoon looks drier before steady rain returns Wednesday.

RIGHT NOW… more freezing rain in the Gorge here near Multnomah Falls starting to cover the road, slick and windy. And had to inch down Corbett Hill Rd. from Vista House, as it was pure ice. Really freezing up out there! #LiveOnK2 #pdxtraffic #icestorm

READY? these cold weather sunrises are gorgeous but maybe ominous too as we wait for an incoming ice storm. Be prepared for more power outages and stay with @KATUNews to help you weather the storm #LiveOnK2 #Portland #icestorm #sunrise #tuesdayvibe

WINDY: Wind chill or "feels like" temperatures were near zero in Troutdale this morning! Unfortunately, strong wind gusts will continue today. @NWSPortland has extended the Wind Advisory until 7pm tonight for the metro area. Brrrrr forecast.weather.gov/product.php?si…

Sam and Jesse Cox describe an immensely close call with a tree that crashed into their SW Portland home over the weekend. Huge frustration also extends to the city who they say own the neighboring lot where the tree that hit their house came from. @KATUNews

Just one of many down trees that has contributed to power outages across the Portland metro area. This one is on SE 61st near Burnside. Remember to stay well back from down power lines as you never know when they might become energized again. #LiveOnK2

Our blast chiller is broken and we need your help to get it replaced ASAP. This expensive piece of kitchen equipment allows us to rapidly freeze donated and leftover food to keep it from perishing. We're facing a $16,000 bill, but guess what? An anonymous supporter is willing to…
