Please read and share if you are as frustrated as I am... Not long ago, Britain was a world-leader across all aspects of cancer care - diagnosis, treatment and research. Now? We are the sick man of Europe. Thousands and thousands of patients experiencing horrific delays just to…

Brexit. The disaster that keeps on disastering. But hey, Johnson is raking in millions, Farage is in the jungle launching his Tory leadership bid, Sunak is PM, Braverman is plotting his downfall, and if the NHS is on its knees surely a small price to pay for their lies and vanity

If you’ve missed all of yesterday’s discussion about migration, here’s a brilliant recap by @EdConwaySky Migration is due to Brexit, and we desperately need it.

Excellent article in the Telegraph today on the growing national scandal of the three empty cancer centres. To suggest that three advanced facilities would not help with delays is so obviously wrong. @SteveBarclay - with the greatest respect if this is the level of…

Nothing to see here, just Brighton chairman Tony Bloom doing a landing announcement on the delayed Heathrow to Marseille flight letting everyone know the Albion were picking them all up from the airport😂 Best owner in world football #BHAFC

A PROPER CLUB. And Tony Bloom did the announcement on the plane 🤣 “this is not your captain speaking, Lewis Dunk is probably at the velodrome”

Chelsea - next time you have three months, uncontested, to complete a transfer, there's another approach that might work better. Hope this helps.

I think she should be on question time.

Health Sec Steve Barclay confronted by angry member of public over beleaguered ambulance service: “Twelve years. You’ve done bugger all about it”.

Another Brexit benefit!?

Govt will not now publish plan to stop water firms dumping raw sewage in rivers, lakes, and sea. Expected September now ‘in due course’, civil servant speak for no political will to act. So firms can continue to dump sewage 1000 times a day into what little water is left.

IF is quoted in this @FT report: “The government is cynically taking from the young tomorrow to pay for giveaways today, making them less able to save for their own old ages while expecting them to pay too much towards the bills of older people today.” on.ft.com/3L95cg0

Inflation is at a 30 year high and the cost of living crisis is having an uneven impact across income levels and generations. Our research shows that young people spend a greater proportion of their outgoings on necessities like food, rent and utilities than older generations.
