皆さん、おはようございます！ お陰様で、無事に野外リーダーシップ訓練から帰ってきました！ 厳しい環境でリーダーシップの訓練をさせて頂き、チームの絆と自分の成長を実感出来ました。 多くの事を経験し、余程の事では驚かなくなった54歳の自分でも、まだ驚く事が出来る事に驚きました笑。
パンゲア訓練3週目は、火山島のカナリア諸島での実習です。 溶岩と火山灰の景色は荒涼として見えますが、人も動物もいない空間に静かにたたずんでいると、まるで禅寺の枯山水のような、いろいろな表情が見えてきます。 火星ミッションに行っても、毎日楽しめる気がしてきました。
今日はISSへのアプローチ&ドッキング部分のシミュレーション訓練を行いました。 基本的にコマンダーとパイロット中心に宇宙船は運用されるので、ミッションスペシャリストの私の役割は、手順に抜けがないかのダブルチェック等が中心になります。 Photo credit: SpaceX

今日は久しぶりにロボットアームの操縦訓練。 船外活動をサポートするというタスクで、アームの先にクルーを乗せて、作業場所に運んだり、作業がしやすいようにリクエストに従って位置を微調整したり、といった作業を担当しました。 船外活動のペースを乱さないよう、効率的な操作が肝になります。
皆さん、おはようございます！ 今日の船外活動訓練は、無事に終了しました！ 初めて組んだクルーでしたが、良いチームワークを発揮できたと思います。 今日は疲れたので、美味しい物を食べて、しっかり休みたいと思います！ 日曜からの野外リーダーシップ訓練迄に、しっかり回復させないと！
