Great advice and it works as noted by experts @neilRsharmaMD @DouglasAdlerMD @ShyamTMD Calm and composed mind with prior ampulla visualization helps to target a specific strategy for the success.

Sage advice from @DouglasAdlerMD reminds me of a policy from @ShyamTMD In his unit the rule is - stop before sending out the failed ercp: They typically approach with: try again or grab a partner or consider EUS access if cancer or cholangitis Happens very rarely but 👇

Congratulations @nataliejowilson

The @ASGEendoscopy trainee cases session is on 🔥 Perfect way for our ⭐️ @umnmedresidency resident @nataliejowilson to make her @DDWMeeting debut w a case of endoscopic resection of T2 CRC using hybrid ESD-EFTR in non-surgical pt ✅moderated by @JovaniManol @AbhilashPerise1

Congratulations to the team!! An important step towards understanding the therapy outcomes related to Colonic Volvulus!

Modified wet suction with use of a mesh device such as core catcher can increase the yield of high quality cores

EUS #Liver biopsy for random large cores 3️⃣- can yield good pathology 2️⃣- uses different technique than standard EUS biopsy of mass 1️⃣- begins with a good foundation of EUS of the liver #MedEd #GITwitter #Hepatology #Endoscopy #Innovation #Medicine #GI

Great work from @sravmd on use of ML to identify under 50 high-risk patients.

#MachineLearning is making headway in the fight against #colorectalcancer. We developed a network-based model using ML to identify high-risk patients under 50. This can aid in early diagnosis & help triage #patients for early onset #CRC. #Prevention #AI sciencedirect.com/science/articl…

Excellent samples! Which technique was used? Modified wet suction?

Excellent point and highlights the need for high-quality imaging via EUS. It could be game changing

The power of #EUS . Young patient with vague abdominal pain. Written off bc of age. Went to the ER and CECT showed dilated PD but no mass. EUS found this pancreatic mass. Although frequently seen by endosonographers, highlights the power of EUS over CT for pancreatic lesions
