Predicting who might get post ERCP pancreatitis remains a significant issue. If we could find a way to identify and modify this risk this would be a game changer. New concept of radiomics which appears to be important in modelling.

Nice paper. Duodenal lesion resection is tough and this paper shows how important initial work up is along with exemplary technique. These are very good outcomes and shows the importance of honing skills in these advanced techniques.
